I catered a passover dinner for about 80 people at a church and I think it went very well. I love when a kitchen is well equipped and clean. This church kitchen was both, and the lady helping me was so nice and helpful. I really enjoyed catering the food for this event as it was traditional jewish cuisine like Gefilte fish and Matzo ball soup. I am looking foward to doing many more caterings in the future.
