How would you like to come home, and with easy to follow instructions, heat your meals (prepared by your own personal chef!) and enjoy fresh, healthy, and delicious cuisine with no wasted food and have more time to spend with your family?
After an initial consultation, we will determine your culinary needs and tastes, then schedule your first service. I will shop for the ingredients before arrival at your home, and prepare the meals that we have designed especially for you. Your kitchen will be left as clean as it was upon my arrival. I also have a commercial kitchen at my disposal so if you prefer, I can prepare the meals there, portion and store the prepared meals in your prefered containers and bring them to your home ready to eat at your discretion.
Your food will be stored either family style (in one container) or in double and/or single portions. Side dishes will be in their own containers. All items will include heating instructions.
There are several options for storage and they will vary according to your preferences. They will remain the property of the client. Prices vary according to your selections.
In addition, if you need a few items from the store, I would be happy to pick them up for you while shopping for your ingredients!
I shop at the local Fresh Market, Whole Foods, Kroger, and other local markets. All ingredients are the freshest and highest quality. Organic ingredients are available upon request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL CHEF SERVICE
A personal chef attends to more than one client, but only one per day. I will purchase the food that morning for the client's meals, arrive at the client’s home at a pre-determined time, prepare meals to the client's specifications, package the meals with heating instructions, and clean the kitchen. OR
Having access to a commercial kitchen, I can prepare your meals there and bring them already prepared, to your home, ready to be eaten at your discretion

The meals are prepared in the client's home because this is the safest way according to health department laws and guidelines. I am serv-safe certified and up to date on all health codes and practices. I will usually be in the clients home for 5-8 hours depending on the menu.
At our consultation I will perform an evaluation for your preferences of your food needs, likes and dislikes and we will discuss the various ways of storage. Pyrex is usually the best option for this, as well as for heating the food. This will facilitate future meals prepared by me. If you want to try my service first, we can use disposable containers the first time. Or if you choose, disposable containers may be used every time. However, this food will have to be transferred to an oven safe dish if heating in a conventional home oven. If you decide to discontinue the service you will keep the containers. There will be heating instructions included with every item.
Because of the delicate nature of some foods, some entrees will not be fully cooked until you heat them up for dinner. I do this to ensure that when you heat the meals they will be at their peak of readiness and flavor. This will be labeled very clearly.
